International Orders:
Shipping charge of $11.00 plus 13% of order price applies to orders shipping to countries outside of the United States and Canada.

Please note that delivery of orders to countries outside the US may take up to 6 weeks since we cannot predict or control customs delays. You will be responsible for any duties and taxes.

Gift Wrap:
During checkout, you will have the option to have your order gift wrapped for an additional charge of $3.00 per order, and the option to include a gift message on the packing slip. Gift wrap may not be available for certain larger items.

Return and Refund Policy:
* Most unopened items may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for a refund of the product purchase price. Please read important restrictions and exceptions below. Please contact us for instructions prior to sending anything back. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number to write on the outside of your shipping box. Items sent to us without an RA number will be refused and returned to sender unopened.
* Opened or used products may not be returned.
* No returns or refunds after 30 days.
* World According to Jess items may not be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review product descriptions for important details regarding dimensions, fabric content, and function. Please email us with any questions you may have if you are unsure of the product.
* Damaged or defective items will be repaired or replaced with an identical product. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of any damaged items and save the box and all packaging materials, as they will need to be inspected or returned to us.
